Miss Universe Bolivia 2010, Olivia Pinheiro

Olivia Pinheiro, Miss Universo Bolivia 2010, was finally allowed to represent Bolivia in Miss Universe 2011 pageant. Earlier this year, Olivia was found that she had aged out to compete in Miss Universe 2011. She was born in October 1983 which means she is turning 28 later this year. In January, her family reported that Olivia Pinheiro would not attend the Miss Universe pageant, but keep the
